At Rastah, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your artisanal pieces. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Rastah packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
